All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a trusted third-party payment gateway. RecruitSmartly does not collect or store any payment card, bank account, or other financial information on our servers.
To access certain paid features — including mock interview sessions — users must pay the applicable fees prior to attending the session, as described in our Terms and Conditions.
If a technical failure on our platform prevents you from completing a paid session and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund or session credit. Contact us within 48 hours of the failed session with your account email and transaction details.
To request a refund or raise a billing concern, contact our support team. Include your registered email address, transaction reference (if available), and a brief description of the issue.
